Sichuan Certain Circulating Fluidized Bed Demonstration Power Plant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is located in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province—a city formerly known as the “Sweet City”—which lies midway between Chengdu and Chongqing. The company was established and is now jointly funded by Shenhua Guoneng Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Provincial Electric Power Company, and Shenhua Bashu Power Co., Ltd., with respective equity contributions of 50%, 30%, and 20%. It is an enterprise affiliated with Shenhua Group. Currently, the company has 227 employees and is responsible for the operation, management, and production of two key national projects: the “Sichuan Certain 300,000-kilowatt Circulating Fluidized Bed Demonstration Project,” a key project under the country’s 10th Five-Year Plan, and the “Sichuan Certain 600-MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Unit Demonstration Project,” the world’s first of its kind, which is a key project under the country’s 12th Five-Year Plan. The system boasts a recovery rate of approximately 75%; each system, equipped with 48 membrane elements, produces 35 m³/h of water, and achieves a desalination rate of 98.8%, demonstrating excellent treatment performance.
